Meet Kelly...
I’ve spent two decades watching brilliant, capable people quietly run on empty. The turning point came when I realized resilience isn’t about pushing harder.
I’m Kelly Greene — a Harvard-trained resilience educator, mental health professional, and licensed attorney dedicated to helping high achievers heal the often-overlooked link between early-life adversity, chronic illness, and the drive for success.
After navigating my own journey through chronic illness and professional burnout, I transitioned from a 15-year legal career to earn a master’s in psychology at Harvard. There, I immersed myself in research, clinical training, and holistic health — and discovered what science now confirms: when trauma remains unresolved, the body carries the cost. For many ambitious professionals, that toll appears as autoimmune conditions, metabolic syndrome, or other chronic illnesses.
(My graduate thesis examined early-life adversity and holistic resilience.)
That realization became the foundation of The Holistic Resilience Framework™ — a science-based system for integrating nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, and purpose alignment into the culture of work.
My mission is to make this information accessible, actionable, and transformative — helping professionals and organizations move beyond burnout toward coherence, connection, and sustainable performance.
